Substance of the Course: Alternating "role play" between trainer and trainee for the basic exercises, learning verbal instructions while the exercises are being practiced, learning how to provide support when guiding body movements, and learning the correct breathing technique in synchronism with corresponding patterns of movement. The participants also learn how to set up individual GYROTONIC® Training Programs". It is also possible to undergo a one-week or two-week supervision for apprentice or certified GYROTONIC® trainer. Prerequisites: Proof of participation in a GYROTONIC®-Pre-Training-Course, GYROTONIC® Pre-Training qualification agreement signed by a authorized GYROTONIC® Pre-trainer, continuously training.
